- We guarantee all pressure-treated wood will not rot or become termite infested if you follow the manufacturer's instructions and apply the shingles properly.
- We guarantee that all vinyl will not crack or discolor.
- We guarantee the roof will be free from leaks if you apply the shingles properly.
- Should there be any defects during the warranty period, Amish Country Gazebos will cover the new components to replace the faulty ones (shipping not included).
- All warranties are non-transferrable.
- All warranties are void if the structure location is changed.

"Should I add the electrical package?"
Our electrical package will enhance your outdoor experience by providing more ways to enjoy your structure. 90% of customers get our electrical package because it makes your outdoor room more functional allowing you to add lights and a ceiling fan, a TV or radio, and perhaps a blender for cool summer drinks. The wiring is concealed inside one of the posts and through the roof for a clean, finished, look. We provide a switch and two receptacles.
"How do I choose the right size?"
Refer to specifications tab for the measurements for this structure.. When in doubt, go bigger. Customers rarely complain that the pergola they purchased was too large. But some have wished they had gone larger.
“Will I need a permanent structure permit for my gazebo, pergola, or pavilion?”
Great question and an important one! A permanent structure permit is sometimes required to put up structures as they are sometimes viewed as a permanent structure or an addition to a living space in a lot of locations. We highly recommend looking into permitting in your area.
“Do you take care of the permitting?”
Unfortunately, because everyone’s situation & location is a little different, we do not handle the process of pulling permits.
“Do you have the drawings and information I need available to apply for permitting?”
We have basic dimensions ready to send your way when you are ready for them. Sometimes this is all the permit office needs to approve the structure.
